Truth be told, Cori runs the show. She oversees every aspect of the business, from design and planning to jobsite management, scheduling, to final finishes. Travis is the muscle and her right-hand man. Together, we’re hands-on, fully involved, and dedicated to making sure your project is completed with precision, care, and integrity.

About Kmiec Construction, LLC
As a family-owned and operated company, we personally supervise every job. We don’t use intermediary superintendents — from the design phase to the foundation and final finishes, we are hands-on, ensuring the highest attention to detail at every stage.
We believe that an informed client is a confident client. That’s why we focus on educating homeowners about the building process, guiding them through key decisions with honesty, transparency, and open communication.
Cori returned to her hometown of Brenham in 2006 after a successful career in Houston’s accounting industry, rejoining her family’s residential construction business. When she and Travis married in 2009, his extensive background in construction added strength and expertise to the growing company.
In 2017, we officially founded Kmiec Construction, LLC with a shared mission: to exceed client expectations by delivering high-quality, custom-crafted homes and spaces throughout the countryside we love — all built with integrity, care, and a personal touch.
